  • After the payment of total amount, including food, the booking conformation would be sent.
  • Only the payments for the extra order would be settled at the time of departure.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • If cancelled within 12-15 days prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed
  • If cancelled within 7-12 days prior to the arrival date 50% retention would be applicable and 50% will be refunded
  • If cancelled within 3-7 days prior to the arrival date 75% retention would be applicable and 25% will be refunded
  • If cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival date 100% retention would be applicable

Courtesy Rules

  • Guests are supposed to leave the house in the order, as they occupied.
  • The artifacts, furniture, and loose items stay at its destined space, and décors such as flags, ribbons, balloons etc not to be added. On demand we shall do it, at extra cost.
  • Non-biodegradable items like plastics, tins, bottles etc, brought by the guests, are carried back by them. There is no waste collection system in the area.
  • Plucking of fruits, flower and other farm products is forbidden.
  • Smoking is strictly done outside the house.
  • Visitor’s pets are not accepted as our pets get anxious.
  • The electricity cuts are rampant and could last long. We have 8 hours inverters backup. However, guests our requested to keep the lights and fans shut when not in use to save energy.
  • The staffs take inventories for any damages or loss, before guests leave. Any damage is at guest's cost.
  • Please carry your original photo ID proof and send the picture of the same by Signal/Telegram.

Eco-Hamlet is a HOME STAY! It is not a hotel so, the staffs who serve guests, work all shifts.

  • Guests, who wish to dine later, the dinner would be set on the kitchenette platform. They are requested to heat the food and help themselves. Food should be taken on the café table only. Eating in any other place is prohibited.
  • Eco-Hamlet is out-of-the-way. Catering to last minute orders is not feasible. Guests opting for food package, need to inform at the time of booking.
  • The menu is decided by the house. We do not have "à la carte” feature.
  • For non veg, chicken is served in one meal only. Sweet-dish in another meal.
  • For Fish, Mutton, or Barbeque, extra charges would apply.
  • Outside food is not permitted in the house.
  • All food items are subject to availability.

Your safety:

  • We have encroached into animal world, for peace, space and nature. Animals, insects, reptiles, birds surround us. Stroll at night is discouraged, as they too wander amidst the vegetation.
  • Playing with farm animals is not advised.
  • The house has net in all openings to ward off mosquitos and flies. The doors should be closed at twilight from 6 to 8 pm. Thereafter, the mosquitos do not fly inside.
  • The harmless insects like geckos, bats, frogs, cobs can stray inside the house. To try avoiding their entry, the doors need to be closed when unattended.
  • Water body is open and has a risk of falling. Liability of any mishap lies with the occupants. Children are entirely under the responsibility of their parents.
  • First-aid kit is available. Hospital is 5 km from the our Auberge.
